Things HR managers got to stop doing in 2016 !!

Interesting article, though we pick up two of these as our favorites :)

(1) First, stop the incessant use of hyperbole in the job descriptions. You dont want a ‘super-creative motivated web designer to work under the Chief Creative officer’ all the time, sometimes you just need someone who can get the job done. So why can’t we just call him a ‘Web designer to assist the Chief Creative officer’.
