At Web-Stepup, we dont do job boards. We are a career discovery/coach portal for digital skills. We help individuals evaluate their current skills / flair and recommend the best training modules/jobs for them. We only show jobs which make sense for them and which they want to track.

    • We have ready made hierarchies / org structures in case you are a regular recruiter of digital talent (Say an E-commerce company or marketing department or product development company)
    • In case this is a one time recruitment process, we will plan this in an end to end manner.
    • Our recruitment support will also take care of your requirement of freelancers. Most companies today typically require a mix of full time professionals and freelancers.
